Karolina discovered her love of ballet photography when her daughter began classes as a toddler. Not only did she find a love for the craft of ballet photography, her pictures soon revealed talent, character and insight — an authenticity that resonated with ballet schools and parents. And so began Ballet School Photographer.

Her pioneering style of photography, tweaked and perfected over the past decade, captures the joy of the journey as dancers of all ages and stages progress. Through her lens, year to year, she documents the highs and smiles, the motion and emotion and the colour, costumes and characters of ballet school life.
